I think you all know how an engine works. During operation, the motor actively heats up.

And then motorists had an interesting idea. Why not use the heat generated by the internal combustion engine in the engine compartment for the benefit of the windshield washer. At the same time, this does not require any costs, plus the efficiency of this method is very high.

Installation

If you had jet nozzles on your car, then you will need to take:

set of fans;
check valve;
hoses;
tee.

A check valve is needed to create stable pressure in the system and to protect against washer fluid flowing back into the tank after the pump is turned off. Due to the valve, after turning on the washer, liquid immediately begins to flow through the fan nozzles onto the glass.

Only one valve is used. It is mounted in front of the tee. If you place a valve in front of each of the nozzles, you will simply reduce the pressure with your own hands, which will reduce the flow force of the jet.

After installation, do not throw away old inkjet devices. You can put them inside a separate pocket in the trunk organizer. It is possible that it will come in handy someday. Or you won't like the way the fan system works.

The sequential installation looks like this:

the hood is removed and the trim is removed;
supply tubes are removed from old injectors;
the old nozzles are removed (the clamps are unclenched, the nozzles are pushed up);
a check valve is connected (some cars already have it, so there is no need to install it);
new fans are being installed;
Supply hoses are connected to the nozzles.

That's it, the work is completed. You don't need any special skills here. If you have coped with installing a car blanket for the engine or changing the oil, then there will be no problems with this task.

Adjustment

Very often the question is asked regarding the adjustment and adjustment of fan nozzles.

Such adjustment, as is the case with inkjet devices, will not work here. If you start picking at the injectors with a needle, you are responsible for the consequences yourself.
