Removing the door trim, replacing Daewoo Matiz speakers
The standard factory Deawoo Matiz speakers are quite weak (being made of paper) and, not surprisingly, wear out very quickly.
In addition, their power is only 20 watts, so if you like to play loud music, you will not hear anything except the sounds of rustling and cracking paper. To replace, we need speakers with a diameter of 10 cm (4″).
Replacing the front door speakers takes about 40 minutes if done very carefully and patiently. In principle, there is not much time to pay professional craftsmen for this.
So let's get started, first you need to remove the Matiz door trim.
Unscrew the two screws holding the door handle and one screw located in the door handle. Rice.
1 Screws holding door trim
After unscrewing the 3 screws, you need to remove the window handle. Don't worry if you can't remove it easily the first time, this is normal.
As shown in the photo below, the handle has a special, annoying metal clamp that needs to be released with a flathead screwdriver. This is quite difficult to do since the window handle is pressed tightly against the door trim. In general, here you need to work hard until you succeed.
Once the clamping bracket is pressed down, the handle gives in and out easily.
Tip: If you are a born perfectionist, when removing the window lifter handle, you need to fix its position relative to the door, so that you can then insert it as it was. Otherwise, there is a chance that the handles on different doors with the windows closed will be directed in different directions.

Next you need to remove the door handle.
To do this, you need to disconnect the inner handle rod from the door lock drive. There is nothing complicated about this, you just need to turn the plastic body in the direction opposite to the rod, which is why it simply jumps out of the hole. Rice.

After that, we separate the trim from the door; the trim is held on by reusable latches, so if the trim doesn’t give in, you can pry it out with a flat-head screwdriver.
To avoid damaging the door's paintwork, I recommend wrapping the screwdriver in a piece of cloth.

4 Door, after removing the trim
As noted earlier, original paper speakers wear out very quickly, especially in a place like a car door, which is subject to both mechanical and thermal stress, as well as moisture, which, by definition, cannot do anything good to paper.
In order to remove the speaker, unscrew the two screws, slightly pull it out and disconnect the wires, then remove it completely.

5 Original stock speaker
The plastic speaker holder may not fit new speakers, especially if the new ones have a larger magnet size.
Therefore, it may be necessary to “modify” the holder. Since the plastic from which the holder is made is quite soft, I was able to do this using metal scissors, simply cutting out the piece that interfered with the installation of the speaker. Rice.
6 Modified speaker holder
We connect new speakers to replace the old ones.

Next, install the door trim in the reverse order of disassembly and repeat the procedure on the remaining doors.
That's basically all, you can eat with high-quality sounding music.
