Remove the air filter.
Disconnect the plus on the battery and move aside the fuse box, which is located on the battery casing. Pull it towards you to remove the battery cover.
Next, disconnect the negative terminal on the battery.
Using a “10” socket, unscrew the bolts and remove the battery.
