Tuning is acceptable

The most harmless transformations, as a rule, are hidden inside the cabin. Technical regulations prohibit us from changing the steering wheel and other major controls, as well as seat belts and seats. But interior lighting, “music”, additional instruments and trip computers, parking sensors, modified mirrors, any upholstery and seat covers, rugs, armrests, toggle switches and backlit strips can be considered harmless entertainment.

But external tuning is very limited. Here, however, the owners of old cars that have been discontinued find themselves in a better position.
